TOPCHEFS is seeking a dependable Canteen Chef for a corporate HQ in West Dublin. You will prepare and serve lunch for 70–80 staff daily, with a focus on one hot special, fresh salads, soups, and occasional desserts. The role offers daytime hours, predictable shifts, and a good hourly rate.

You will work with an established team member, ensuring food safety, portion control, and high-quality service in a busy corporate dining setting. Evening or weekend work is not required.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of cooking experience in corporate catering, cafes, hotels, or high-volume kitchens.
• Level 2 HACCP certification.
• Practical knowledge of fresh food prep, menu planning, and portion control.
• Strong team skills and a friendly, professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and serve a fresh daily lunch menu, focusing on one hot dish and healthy cold options.
• Prioritise fresh ingredients and minimize processed foods.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene standards, and daily HACCP logs.
• Assist with stock checks, orders with approved suppliers, and storage management.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:15 am–2:15 pm (25 hours per week)

Pay: €22.00–€24.00 per hour (approx. €28,600–€31,200 per annum)

Key Responsibilities
