Zusammenfassung

Dalata Hotel Group in Ireland is seeking a Canteen Assistant to support kitchen operations, help maintain high food quality and hygiene, and contribute to a smooth service in our hotel canteen.

You'll benefit from Dalata Academy training, exposure to senior team members, and opportunities for internal progression. This role requires flexibility, teamwork and the ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience working in hotels or a similar role.
• A passion for and genuine interest in food.
• Flexibility in working hours, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
• Capability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.

Aufgaben

• Take direction from department managers and assist in monitoring food quality and hygiene standards.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the back-of-house areas at all times.
• Follow the Head Chef's example of excellence and efficiency.
• Always adhere to HACCP regulations.
• Support fellow kitchen staff in maintaining proper hygiene systems during food preparation and storage.
