Job summary

CPL Group in Galway is seeking a Project Coordinator / Building Services Support for an immediate temporary assignment. You will join the University's Building & Estates team, supporting a range of infrastructure and facilities projects on a busy campus.

Working with the Head of Building Services and supervisors, you will coordinate contractor activity, assist with RAMS reviews, and help deliver critical building services upgrades while maintaining thorough records and reporting across multiple

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating projects, facilities management or estates environments.
• Proven track record coordinating contractors, consultants or multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance/project tracking systems.
• Ability to manage plans, records and documentation; flexible for occasional out-of-hours work.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and delivery of small to medium estates projects.
• Coordinate schedules, stakeholder communications, site access and close-out activities.
• Assist Lab Gases Infrastructure Upgrade Programme coordination and tracking.
• Review RAMS, work planning and project documentation.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants and external service providers for delivery.
• Support inspections of mechanical, electrical and building services.
• Maintain operational reporting and asset information in helpdesk systems.
• Coordinate maintenance actions through facilities management tools.
