Job summary

Avoca is seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Manager to lead the F&B operation at Rathcoole store, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin, Ireland. This on-site role offers a permanent, full-time opportunity within a premium lifestyle brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in the same or similar F&B role.
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
• Ability to communicate across all departments and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Put the customer first and ensure guest experience is front and center.
• Take accountability for all F&B operations including restaurant, café and events.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue and reduce costs within F&B.
• Utilise personnel across outlets to minimise payroll expenditure and ensure staff stability.
• Manage day-to-day operation of the F&B outlets.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, licensing laws, health and safety and F&B systems.
• Deal with customer feedback and develop F&B operations.
• Develop and train staff to ensure standards and procedures are followed.
