Job summary

Culligan International in the Galway region is seeking a C/C1 Multidrop Delivery Driver to service customers across Galway, Mayo and Clare. You will deliver bulk water, coolers and consumables and maintain accurate records of daily activities.

This short-term contract runs until 24 December 2026 with 8am-5pm Mon-Thu and 8am-4pm Fri, field-based with depot in Co. Galway. A valid C license and strong customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid C license required.
• Good knowledge of Galway, Mayo and Clare areas.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work to a tight schedule and meet SLAs.
• Ability to work independently or in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of bulk 19ltr water, coolers and consumables to clients.
• Complete scheduled activities accurately and on time to support field targets.
• Represent Culligan with excellent customer service at client sites.
• Coordinate with scheduling and support teams to resolve activity SLAs.
• Update systems with key outcomes and KPI tracking.

Salary: €36,000 per annum, paid monthly + annual tax free meal allowance of €4,000

The role will service our customers across the Galway, Mayo and Clare region.

Hours - 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 4pm Friday

Full Clean C License

CORE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Delivery of bulk 19ltr water , coolers and consumables to a varied range of clients
• Responsible for accurate and timely completion of all scheduled activities to support delivery of our field operations targets
• As the face of Culligan, in our customer sites, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service whilst undertaking your scheduled activities to support delivery of our customer satisfaction targets
• Responsible for working closely with the necessary scheduling, operational management and support teams to ensure effective and efficient resolution of activity SLAs
• Responsible for accurate and timely updating of relevant systems i.e. epod or handheld platform with key information to record the outcomes of scheduled activities and tracking of all mandatory KPIs

Essential:

• Valid driving license - C license
• Good geographical knowledge of Galway, Mayo, Clare and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work to a tight schedule
• Demonstrate ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders
• A proven track record of providing strong customer service & consistently achieve targets
• Demonstrate oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrate ability to work independently, or as part of a team

Desirable:

• Multi Drop Experience
• Full Clean B License and C License
• FLT (not essential)

This role requires an element of heavy lifting, supported by manual handling training
