Job summary

Crag Meat Supply ltd T/A McLoughlin Butchers in Dublin is seeking a dedicated Butcher to join our production team. The role involves producing cuts and trims to specification, deboning meat, and meeting line targets in a 40-hour week.

You will work in a chilled environment, check cuts for quality, and perform other duties as required. Experience with cattle and lamb breakdown is essential, and HACCP knowledge is mandatory.
