Job summary

Ryan Meats in Finglas, Dublin 11, is seeking an experienced butcher to prepare, cut, trim, debone and portion meat on a full-time basis. You will operate butchery equipment safely, uphold hygiene and food safety, and ensure products meet customer and production requirements.

The role requires a minimum of four years in meat processing, strong teamwork, good time management, and a practical understanding of English at B1 level or higher.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of meat processing experience as a butcher.
• Specialising in butcher and meat preparation.
• English level at least B1-Intermediate.
