Job summary

eir business talent in Dublin is hiring an experienced SAP Technical Consultant for a 9-month contract. The role focuses on SAP BASIS support, system administration, performance tuning and incident response within a hybrid work model (3 days onsite per week).

You will handle production and non-production environments, backups, DR, system copies, client administration, and collaborate with SAP teams to maintain stability and resilience of SAP landscapes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ hands-on experience as a SAP BASIS Consultant in enterprise environments.
• Strong, demonstrable experience supporting both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven experience in SAP system monitoring, backups, restores, and system copies.
• Strong background in SAP technical architecture and administration.
• Experience handling high-priority incidents and system outages in live environments.
• Ability to work independently and “hit the ground running” with minimal handover.

Candidates should hold appropriate RTWs for Ireland i.e. Stamp1G Spousal, Stamp 4, Irish/British/EU passport.
