Job summary

Access Dublin is hiring a Business Developer to convert service sales into B2B relationships. You'll prospect, build relationships, negotiate and close, developing the commercial experience that can propel your career.

Based in Dublin City Centre, this full-time, office-based role offers an early salary in the €30k range plus uncapped commission. Your results set earning potential and progression through Access's 12-level career framework.

Qualifications

• B2C Sales experience — ideally in roles such as Sales Advisor, Sales Consultant, Account Advisor, Customer Sales Advisor, Membership Advisor, Travel Consultant or Insurance Advisor.
• Target-driven and competitive; you like having something to chase and want your results to matter.
• Confident and resilient; ambitious and relationship-focused.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, office-based position in Dublin City Centre, Monday to Friday, with no shifts, weekends or bank holiday requirements.
