Job summary

Access Healthcare in Dublin 2 is hiring for a client-facing recruitment role where your performance drives earnings and progression. Expect structured training on recruitment, ongoing coaching, and rapid advancement based on results, with an attractive commission plan.

You’ll start with a base salary of €45K+ with unlimited commission and a clear path to €75K+ by Year 2, plus multiple promotions within 12 months for high achievers. Monday–Friday on site in Dublin 2.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of post-graduation experience, ideally in sales or a client-facing role.
• A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
• Ambition to progress quickly and take on more responsibility.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to exceed expectations.
• Ability to commute to Dublin 2, Monday to Friday.
