Job summary

Access Healthcare in Dublin is seeking a results-driven recruitment professional to join our fast-growing team. The role offers a clear path to leadership with 13 structured levels and accelerated opportunities, plus earnings that grow with performance.

You’ll start with a base salary of around €30k plus uncapped commission, with top performers earning €50k+ in their first year. Promotions are based on results, not tenure, and you control how fast you move within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in any sales role (SDR, BDR, Lead Generation Specialist, Outbound Sales Rep, Appointment Setter, Inside Sales)
• Hold EU passport or Stamp 4 visa (to work in Ireland)
• Bachelor’s or third-level qualification are a plus

Responsibilities

• Drive conversations, deals, and relationships with clients and candidates.
• Contribute to earnings and progression through performance.
