Built on over ten years of exceptional service and organic referral growth, we are now embarking on our next strategic expansion phase. To drive this next chapter, we are recruiting a results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead new client acquisition and scale our commercial presence throughout Greater Dublin.
The Role: This is a full-cycle B2B sales role offering total ownership of the deal pipeline.
Based out of our Dublin headquarters, you will work closely with our Co-Founder to qualify incoming marketing leads while aggressively driving proactive outreach. You will lead every phase of the sales cycle. From initial prospecting and outreach through to contract execution, focusing on securing high-value, long-term commercial accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Discovery & Prospect Qualification: Lead high-impact discovery calls and face-to-face consultations to unpack prospect requirements, budget parameters, and decision-making structures.
Proposal Creation & On-Site Trials: Develop customized sales proposals that align with client requirements while safeguarding company margin targets; organize product samplings, coffee tastings, and trial periods.
Field Sales & Local Territory Execution: Plan and execute targeted field visits and in-person presentations across key commercial hubs in Dublin.
Multi-Stakeholder Engagement: Form strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, from Facilities Leads and Office Managers to Procurement Leads and Executives.
Commercial Closing & Contract Negotiation: Structure and negotiate client agreements, using sound commercial judgment to close deals while maintaining solid profit margins.
Account Handover & Onboarding: Oversee the early onboarding process and coordinate a seamless handover to the Account Management team once the contract is signed.
CRM Management & Forecasting: Maintain detailed sales records within HubSpot, ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline velocity tracking, and clear follow-up actions.
Pipeline Balance & Deal Strategy: Manage a dual focus on closing short-cycle, fast-turnaround accounts alongside complex, enterprise-level opportunities.
What You’ll Be Selling: Our portfolio spans flexible weekly fruit and snack services for boutique offices to fully integrated, multi-site food and beverage programs for enterprise corporate campuses. You will adapt your approach and strategy to fit the unique scope and complexity of every account.
Mentorship & Executive Support: You will work alongside our Co-Founder during your onboarding period, co-selling on live opportunities to gain deep familiarity with our offerings, unit economics, and client personas. Once established, you will take full ownership of your pipeline while directly influencing our broader sales methodology and growth strategies.
Key Performance Indicators: Success in this role is evaluated by:

Meeting or exceeding monthly revenue targets and gross margin benchmarks.
