About the Role

Sodexo is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team in Grangegorman.This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the on‑site hard and soft services team, ensuring excellent service delivery, strong operational performance and compliance with contractual requirements.You’ll play a key role in managing the site team, contractors, maintenance programmes, lifecycle works and reactive client requirements, while driving continuous improvement across the contract.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the day‑to‑day delivery of hard and soft FM services.
• Lead, support and develop the on‑site service delivery team.
• Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and lifecycle programmes.
• Coordinate reactive works and ensure client requirements are delivered effectively.
• Scope and verify minor works.
• Manage the SSOW permitting system and promote safe working practices.
• Lead Toolbox Talks, Safety Walks and Near Miss reporting.
• Manage contractor engagement and site inductions.
• Act as the key operational point of contact for on‑site issues.
• Manage materials ordering and maintain accurate contract and project records.
• Deliver allocated projects on time, within budget and to specification.
• Monitor remedial works, budgets and expenditure.
• Support continuous improvement, innovation and cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with clients, visitors, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and monitor operational deadlines and performance.
