Job summary

Red Chair Recruitment represents a leading pensions and investments provider seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to own the Munster territory. You will manage an established broker network, identify new opportunities and strengthen adviser relationships across Ireland's Munster market.

You will have a QFA qualification, 5+ years in BDM within financial services, and a proven ability to meet commercial targets. A full driving licence is essential to travel across the region.

• Develop and manage relationships with financial advisers and brokers across Munster.
• Drive new business and increase assets under management.
• Develop and implement a regional business development strategy.
• Identify new intermediary and partnership opportunities.
• Provide brokers with technical, product and commercial support.
• Build relationships with key industry decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, regulator activity and regulatory developments.
• Represent the company at adviser meetings, industry events and networking forums.
• Provide regular pipeline, market intelligence and performance reports to senior management.

Salary

Salary: €80,000–€85,000 plus bonus (OTE 150K+) pension and life assurance is offered.
