BMS Performance Ireland is seeking a commercially driven sales professional to lead the growth of a new underfloor heating product range in Ireland. The role is focused on 90% new business development, targeting plumbers, installers and trade customers, with a pipeline-driven approach and field-based work across Leinster and nationwide Ireland.
You will build relationships, manage the sales cycle from prospecting to conversion, and work closely with marketing.
€60,000–€80,000 base, 5% commission on sales, company car, laptop, and 22 days’ holiday.

This is a Business Development Manager position focused on launching and developing a new product range within the Irish market.
The role will be approximately 90% new business development, with responsibility for identifying target customers, creating a strong pipeline, and developing relationships with installers and trade customers.
The product is an innovative underfloor heating solution designed to provide a simpler and more efficient installation process. The successful candidate will work primarily through plumbers and installers, targeting domestic projects, extensions, new builds, and smaller commercial applications.
The territory will cover Ireland, with approximately 70% of activity focused across Leinster. The role is predominantly field-based, with 3–4 days per week on the road or working from home and approximately one day a week in the office.

A strong network among plumbers and installers would be particularly relevant, although a good construction-focused new business salesperson with the right commercial approach will also be considered.
