Job summary

CBTax is seeking a Business Development Associate to drive growth across offices in Manchester, Northampton and Dublin. The role is office-based with a base salary negotiable plus uncapped commission, targeting an OTE of €55k in the first year.

You will learn consultative sales, identify decision-makers, and qualify leads to book high-quality meetings. No sales experience is required; drive and coachability are valued as you join a fast-growing international team.

Responsibilities

• Learn consultative selling, objection handling, R&D tax fundamentals and high-impact outreach from top performers
• Prospect leads, identify decision-makers, and open conversations with business owners, directors and C-suite
• Qualify leads and book high-quality meetings (pipeline is your main metric)
