Job summary

Accountancy Solutions in Ireland is seeking a Business and Systems Analyst to support a finance transformation and implement a new system. The role reports to the Head of Finance and works across internal stakeholders to review policies and drive positive changes.

Our client, a leading organisation providing a bespoke service, is currently seeking to recruit a business and systems analyst to work on the implementation of a new system and finance transformation. This is a newly created position to support the business in its growth plans and the role will report to the Head of Finance and have a cross functional role in dealing with many internal stakeholders in reviewing their policies and procedures and implementing positive changes.

Responsibilities will include:

• Implement new billing system and roll out across the business
• Document policies and procedures
• Prepare financial reports for clients
• Financial analysis
• Assist with finance transformational activities
• Complete other tasks and administrative duties as requested

Ideal Candidate:

• Similar experience of system roll out and finance transformation
• Excellent communication skills – fully fluent written and spoken English essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and an ERP beneficial
• Ability to prioritise and to work to deadlines
• Organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail

The role will be a mix of working remotely and in the office as required.
