Job summary

Accountancy Solutions is recruiting a Business & Systems Analyst (finance) in Dublin to lead the implementation of a new billing system and drive finance transformation across the business.

The role reports to the Head of Finance and requires strong communication, Excel proficiency and ERP experience. It offers a hybrid working arrangement combining remote work with office presence in Dublin.

• Excellent communication skills – fluent written and spoken English.

Our client, a leading organisation providing a bespoke service, is currently seeking to recruit a business and systems analyst to work on the implementation of a new system and finance transformation. This is a newly created position to support the business in its growth plans and the role will report to the Head of Finance and have a cross functional role in dealing with many internal stakeholders in reviewing their policies and procedures and implementing positive changes.

Responsibilities will include:

• Implement new billing system and roll out across the business
• Document policies and procedures
• Prepare financial reports for clients
• Financial analysis
• Assist with finance transformational activities
• Complete other tasks and administrative duties as requested

Ideal Candidate:

• Similar experience of system roll out and finance transformation

The role will be a mix of working remotely and in the office as required.
