Job summary

Standard Control Systems is seeking a BMS Service Engineer to deliver maintenance, fault diagnosis and technical support across BMS/HVAC networks in Dublin and the Leinster region with occasional travel nationwide.

The role requires fault-finding, on-site diagnostics and the ability to optimise control strategies for energy efficiency, while maintaining safety and accurate documentation. NIAGARA, Trend and Siemens experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in BMS service with an electrical background.
• Qualified Electrician with fault-finding and diagnostic capability across BMS/HVAC systems.
• Experience with Niagara N4/Tridium, Trend, Siemens or Allen Bradley; good Modbus/BACnet knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Attend reactive service callouts and diagnose BMS/controls/HVAC faults.
• Configure, troubleshoot and maintain BMS platforms and integrations.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support; carry out minor commissioning and upgrades.
