ISS Facility Services in Dublin is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to deliver planned and reactive maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems across client sites. You will perform preventive tasks, support project work, and ensure safety compliance.
The role requires a qualified electrical trade, a full driving licence, and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced facilities environment. On-site work with occasional adjustments to shift patterns and site access control.
Shift Pattern: 8.00 am -16.30 pm
The main purpose of the role is to provide technical services & duties and to maintain the building facilities in consistent ready-to-serve conditions by rigid adherence to work generated from Client requirements & requests within stipulated timeframes to ensure maximum Customer Service is achieved for our operations in our Clients Facilities.
The core function of the role is to be responsible for the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems on our client sites. Carryout complete preventive maintenance on equipment; review and improve maintenance routines; carry out trouble shooting and repairs to equipment when failures occur. Installation and commissioning of new equipment as appropriate and assisting with the contractor co-ordination within the premises. This will also extend to monitoring access, including permitting sub-contractors on site.
These duties will change accordingly as the buildings evolve
You are required to be flexible in this position and be prepared to undertake such other work as may reasonably be assigned to you by the company from time to time. Any other duties that may be reasonable required given the broad nature of the role and the time available.

It may be necessary to work alternative hours, shift patterns or unsociable hours, including weekends and sometimes more than contracted hours.
