Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electrical, fire life safety, and mechanical building services.
• Coordinate with admin to close tasks in PRISM on time.
• Report engineering activities and incidents to the FM team.
• Ensure PPM tasks meet SLA and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of work.
