Job summary

Global Professional Consultants Ireland seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician for a mobile role covering the Greater Dublin Area. This position involves overseeing technical services, conducting maintenance, and managing subcontractors while promoting energy efficiency in HVAC systems.

The ideal candidate holds qualifications in Electrical, Mechanical, or BMS and has a full Irish driver’s licence. Benefits include a competitive salary, company vehicle, and career development.

Qualifications

Qualified in Electrical, Mechanical, or BMS.
Holds a full Irish driver’s licence.
Experience with PPM on HVAC plants is desirable.

Responsibilities

Perform PPM tasks and routine checks on HVAC, Electrical, BMS systems.
Conduct electrical repairs and installations, including upgrades.
Troubleshoot and service HVACR systems for optimal energy efficiency.
Plan and execute reactive maintenance efficiently.
Document maintenance activities and supervise contractor work.
Source and order materials, providing site surveys and reports.

Experience with HVAC systems

Education

Qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or BMS

Tools

F-GAS certificate

Knowledge of HVAC brands (Daikin, Mitsubishi, Hitachi)
