Job summary

GPC - Global Professional Consultants in Dublin is seeking a Building Services Engineer to coordinate M&E installations across large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. You will oversee design-to-handover delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on site.

Applicants should hold a relevant degree and have 3+ years in Building Services, with strong technical skills and ability to coordinate with subcontractors and site teams. A competitive package is on offer.

Building Services Engineer

Building Services Engineer required for a leading developer delivering large-scale residential projects across Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating building services installations from design stage through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments, with strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, subcontractor coordination, and technical delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3+ years experience in a Building Services Engineering role.
• Experience coordinating M&E services on residential or commercial projects.
