Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Building Services or related engineering field.
• 3+ years' experience in Building Services Engineering.
• Experience coordinating M&E services on residential or commercial projects.
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to liaise with subcontractors and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating mechanical and electrical services installations on site.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
• Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Monitoring progress, quality, and compliance of M&E works.
• Assisting with commissioning, testing, and handover documentation.
• Supporting project delivery from design stage through to completion.
