A commitment to achieving APA Commercial within 12 months.

Responsibilities

Manage daily workloads and priority tasks within service levels.
Respond to broker inquiries and escalate as needed.
Record and file documentation in internal systems accurately.
Log new business and renewals from brokers promptly.
Prepare and issue policy documents, schedules and endorsements.
Monitor invoices and broker balances; follow up on overdue payments.
Support renewal activities and pre-renewal documentation.
