Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Breakfast Restaurant Manager in County Cork, Ireland. You will lead the restaurant team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, while leveraging training opportunities through the Dalata Academy to develop skills and drive performance in a nurturing environment.

You will collaborate with experienced colleagues to foster teamwork, manage budgets, and oversee events to maintain service excellence across the hotel portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Food & Beverage management role in a leading hotel.
• Experience in large conferences and events is a distinct advantage.
• Excellent Leadership skills.
• Experience in recruiting and developing employees.
• High standards and attention to detail.
• An excellent focus on our customers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the quality of work to ensure high standards.
• People leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees.
• Support the Senior Management Team in the strategic running of the hotel.
• Set targets for the restaurant team in line with the overall departmental and hotel objectives.
• Support/oversee events in the hotel to ensure excellence in service at all times.
• Manage the maintenance of the restaurant.
• Manage the budget and cost-effectiveness of the department.
