Sodexo in Newbridge, Ireland, is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our catering team and help deliver quality service to on-site customers.

You will prepare breakfast options, maintain kitchen hygiene, assist with food prep, serve customers, and support stock replenishment. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are important; prior work experience in food service is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsabilités

• Cook up mouthwatering breakfast options for on-site team.
• Ensure hygiene maintenance of all kitchen areas.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and workstations before, during & after service.
• Support chefs with food preparation.
• Help prepare, serve and replenish food from counters (hot plates, deli bar, breakfast bars).
• Interact with customers in serving, retail, and dining areas.
• Assist with deliveries and stock replenishment (FIFO).
• Serve customers at the till.
