Job summary

Pembroke Townhouse in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, is seeking an experienced breakfast chef to join our boutique hotel team. The role requires early shifts (6 am) and weekend work, with a 5 over 7 rota. You will prepare a quality breakfast menu and maintain HACCP standards.

The responsibilities include ensuring kitchen cleanliness, assisting with food orders, stock control and margins, and collaborating with the hotel team. The ideal candidate is proactive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• Experience in breakfast service in hotel setting.
• HACCP Level 2 minimum.
• Flexible to work 5 over 7 days.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Duties include control & cleanliness of kitchen, food ordering & stock control / food margins.
• Interaction with Hotel team.
• Enthusiasm & friendly attitude is a bonus.

Duties will include control & cleanliness of kitchen, food ordering & stock control / food margins. Interaction with Hotel team. Commitment , Enthusiasm & a friendly attitude will be a bonus.

Pay: €16.50-€18.00 per hour
