Job summary

The Address Collective in Ireland is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join the Kitchen Team. You will prepare, produce and serve breakfast dishes to the highest standard in line with HACCP regulations and food hygiene standards.

You will be responsible for breakfast preparation, maintaining cleanliness, handling orders, and coordinating with deliveries. The role requires at least 2 years’ experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen.
• Ability to adjust to high-pressure situations in a busy kitchen.
• Excellent communication skills and HACCP knowledge.

Outline of Position: The Address Collective is looking for a Breakfast Chef to join our Kitchen Team. You will be responsible for the preparation, production and service of Breakfast food to the highest standard and in accordance with food hygiene HACCP regulations.

• Preparing and cooking of all breakfast dishes to order and ensure they conform to agreed standards prior to service.
• Maintaining the highest level of work cleanliness and hygiene throughout all duties and with compliance to HACCP regulations.
• Carrying out ordering duties as required.
• Dealing with the intake of deliveries

The Candidate:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a hotel or restaurant kitchen.
• Ability to adjust to high-pressure situations as they arise in a busy kitchen.
