The Hardiman is seeking a Breakfast Chef for its iconic Galway hotel, joining a historic kitchen team and contributing to the morning service. You will prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes, follow recipes, minimize waste, and uphold food safety standards.

You’ll also help maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety, while training and mentoring junior teammates in a fast-paced, prestigious environment. Meals on duty and staff discounts are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role in a hotel/restaurant.
