Excel Recruitment is recruiting a Breakfast Chef to join a busy hospitality operation in Cork City. You will prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes and ensure food safety standards are met.

The role requires experience in a fast-paced kitchen, a strong focus on HACCP, reliability for early morning shifts, and the ability to work as part of a team. Garda Vetting is required, and own transport is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen.
• Strong breakfast and food preparation experience preferred.
• Good understanding of HACCP and food safety procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and flexibility to work early morning shifts.
• Full Garda Vetting required.
• Own transport or the ability to travel for a 03:30am start is essential.

Salary: EUR38000 - EUR39000 per annum

Excel Recruitment is currently recruiting a Breakfast Chef to join a busy hospitality operation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering fresh, high-quality breakfast offerings to customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting breakfast dishes to a consistently high standard while ensuring all food safety and hygiene regulations are maintained.
