We’re looking for a Brand Manager to join our small, close-knit team at Arthur Mallon Foods, a family-founded Irish food business with over 85 years behind us. As we enter our next stage of growth, this newly created role offers the opportunity to help shape what comes next.
You’ll work across the full marketing mix in the North and South of Ireland, helping take ideas from concept to shelf. Alongside our commercial, innovation and operations teams and agency partners, you’ll help shape brand strategy and put it into practice through packaging, product innovation, digital, social, trade and shopper marketing, PR and consumer communications. Your work will help build brand awareness, reach more consumers, grow market share and improve profitability.
What you'll be doing

  • Support the Senior Brand Manager in developing annual brand plans, marketing calendars and growth initiatives.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing projects, keeping work on track, within budget and aligned with brand priorities.
  • Stay curious about consumers, culture and market trends across the North and South of Ireland, developing culturally relevant insights that uncover opportunities for brand growth.
  • Coordinate consumer research and turn sales, market, competitor, pricing and promotional data into practical recommendations.
  • Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR and shopper marketing, bringing brands to life through in-store activity, sampling, launches and events.
  • Oversee brand content, keeping communications consistent with brand guidelines and helping colleagues understand and champion our brands.
  • Coordinate new product development and improvements to existing products within the three-year innovation pipeline, working with colleagues on business cases, forecasts, launch plans and post-launch reviews.
  • Manage packaging development and artwork approvals, working closely with technical and quality teams to ensure claims and pack copy are accurate and compliant.
  • Partner with the commercial team on retailer presentations, range reviews, sales materials, promotions and joint business plans.
  • Build productive agency relationships, set clear briefs, review creative work and evaluate agency performance.
  • Track brand and campaign performance, share regular updates with the Senior Brand Manager and senior stakeholders, and recommend how to improve returns on marketing investment.
  • Build positive relationships with colleagues and external partners, and represent the company and its brands at customer meetings and trade events.
