The LKQ Ireland branch is seeking a Branch Assistant to support the delivery, warehouse and trade counter operations. You’ll help deliver a high level of customer service and keep the branch running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support experience.
• Full driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of safe working practices and Health & Safety.
• Basic IT skills and confidence using handheld devices or warehouse systems.
• Flexible, reliable and team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time while ensuring excellent service.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the business professionally.
• Support Click & Collect customers and assist at the trade counter as needed.
• Help resolve customer queries and contribute to a positive experience.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders; assist with stock movements and dispatch activities.
• Maintain stock accuracy through daily checks and inventory procedures.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and ensure vehicles are roadworthy.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures across branch, warehouse and deliveries.
• Attend daily team briefings and contribute to branch performance.
