LKQ looks for a Branch Assistant to join our busy Ireland branch, performing delivery, warehouse support and trade counter duties. You will help ensure excellent customer service, efficient operations and accurate order fulfilment in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers hands-on experience across deliveries, stock control and customer interactions, with training provided to develop multi-skilled capabilities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support every aspect of branch operation to deliver excellent service and maintain high standards.
• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time, ensuring customers receive great service.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the business professionally.
• Support Click & Collect customers and assist at the trade counter when needed.
• Help resolve customer queries and contribute to a positive experience.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders; assist with goods receiving and stock movements.
• Maintain stock accuracy with daily checks and inventory procedures.
• Support stock takes and ensure safe, correct storage of products.
• Maintain shelf availability and warehouse organisation; conduct daily vehicle safety checks.
• Keep company vehicles clean, roadworthy and compliant; use ePOD tech accurately.
• Drive safely and promote a safety-first culture.
