LKQ in Ireland is seeking a Branch Assistant to cover customer service, deliveries and warehouse support at our busy branch. You will help keep the branch running smoothly and deliver an exceptional customer experience every day.

Role combines on‑site deliveries, stock handling and trade counter assistance. A positive attitude, good communication and reliable teamwork are essential to success in this fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support role.
• A full driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of safe working practices and Health & Safety.
• Basic IT skills and confidence using handheld devices or warehouse systems.
• A flexible, reliable and team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• As a Branch Assistant, you'll support the branch operation to deliver excellent service and maintain standards.
• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time; build relationships with customers.
• Support Click & Collect and assist at the trade counter.
• Help resolve customer queries and contribute to a positive experience.
• Pick, pack, receive goods, manage stock movements and dispatch activities.
• Maintain stock accuracy via daily checks and inventory procedures.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and keep company vehicles compliant.
• Use ePOD and handheld devices to aid delivery; drive safely and promote safety culture.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and complete training and governance activities.
• Attend team briefings and collaborate across the branch to achieve goals.
