Job summary

Euro Car Parts Limited is seeking a Branch Assistant to join our busy Irish branch. This hands-on role combines driving deliveries, supporting warehouse operations and assisting at the trade counter to ensure excellent customer service.

You will be part of a close-knit team, delivering products on time, maintaining stock accuracy, and helping customers with queries in a fast-paced environment. A full driving licence and strong customer service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

Previous experience in delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support.
A full driving licence.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver products safely, accurately and on time, ensuring every customer receives excellent service.
Build positive relationships with customers and represent the business professionally.
Support Click & Collect customers and assist at the trade counter when needed.
Help resolve customer queries and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Assist warehouse operations: pick, pack and prepare customer orders.
Maintain stock accuracy through daily checks and inventory procedures.
Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and ensure company vehicles are maintained.
