Job summary

Euro Car Parts Ltd. is seeking a Branch Assistant in Naas, Ireland, to keep the branch moving with hands-on delivery, warehouse support and trade counter assistance. You’ll help ensure excellent customer service and smooth operations across deliveries, stock management and safety checks.

The role offers a varied day, training, and opportunities for development across the UK & Europe, with a supportive team and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support role.
• A full driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• An understanding of safe working practices and Health & Safety.
• Basic IT skills and confidence using handheld devices or warehouse systems.
• A flexible, reliable and team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time, ensuring every customer receives excellent service.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the business professionally at every opportunity.
• Support Click & Collect customers and assist at the trade counter when needed.
• Help resolve customer queries and contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with goods receiving, stock movements and dispatch activities.
• Maintain stock accuracy through daily checks and inventory procedures.
• Support stock takes and ensure products are stored safely and correctly.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and keep company vehicles roadworthy.
