B&Q Liffey Valley in Ireland is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive profitable sales through superb stock management and promotional execution. The role is a permanent contract with weekly hours and a focus on customer-centric trading excellence.

The position offers up to €55,000 per annum plus a bonus, pension, and generous holiday allowance. It requires strong leadership, analytical capability, and a passion for delivering outstanding store performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial delivery of the core trading sales floor, leading end-to-end stock management, range change and promotions.
• Deliver a high-performance culture that supports team ownership, capability and accountability across core trading departments, overnight operation and range change activity.
• Champion customer first thinking, ensuring trading plans directly support customer needs, with your team in the right place, with the right skills at the right time.
