Job summary

Davy Ireland is seeking an experienced fund governance lead to own engagement with the board and service providers for its UCITS funds with c. €9bn AUM.

The role operates at board level, driving governance, regulatory oversight, and investment governance across the platform, and is the primary point of accountability for the Investment Manager’s relationship with the ManCo, administrator, and board.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in UCITS fund governance / fund operations / investment management oversight within an asset manager, ManCo or relevant background.
• Strong track record in delegated operating models (ManCo / administrator / sub‑IM), with ability to drive outcomes through governance and escalation.
• Comfortable operating at board level: clear reporting, structured thinking, concise communication and constructive challenge.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the Investment Manager’s engagement with the fund board(s) and service providers, including regular engagement with the ManCo and the administrator/depository.
• Lead senior engagement, performance governance and escalation management across the external provider model; ensure robust MI and evidence-based oversight.
• Be accountable for all Investment Manager content in UCITS board packs and respond to information requests from the ManCo, board and administrator.
