Kirby Group Engineering is seeking a BMS Engineering Lead to take ownership of engineering, design, commissioning, and delivery of BMS packages on large-scale projects in Ireland.

The role requires leading engineering teams, collaborating with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring systems perform to specification across all project phases with a strong emphasis on quality, safety and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Senior experience delivering BMS projects with leadership responsibilities.
• In-depth knowledge of BMS design, controls, commissioning, and integration.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while maintaining momentum.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead BMS engineering and design deliverables including submittals and drawings.
• Coordinate I/O lists, equipment schedules, schematics, and wiring layouts.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and system validation activities.
• Mentor project engineers and site BMS teams.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors throughout delivery.
• Ensure quality, safety, and project milestones are achieved.
