Job summary

Kirby Group Engineering is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead and deliver T&D projects across Ireland. You will participate in design, commissioning and handover, leading teams and coordinating with clients and suppliers to meet safety, quality and budget targets.

The role requires 5+ years of electrical engineering experience on industrial installations, HV/LV network knowledge and experience in energy management systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years engineering design/project management experience on industrial installation projects.
• Detailed understanding of HV and LV network requirements in industrial settings.
• Experience with energy management systems and integration of automated control systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage detailed design tasks within T&D projects.
• Prepare sub-contract packages and technical submittals for client approval.
• Attend progress meetings to monitor schedule and resources.
• Provide technical direction and support to project teams and operators.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental procedures are followed on site.
