Job summary

Fortis Recruitment's client, a lean commercial team in life sciences, seeks an experienced corporate development professional to shape a 2–3 year growth roadmap, prioritise opportunities and build compelling business cases.

You will manage manufacturing partner relationships, own sourcing (RFPs), and drive cross‑functional delivery from advisory to ownership, collaborating with senior stakeholders in a hybrid Dublin setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy or management consulting with life sciences focus.
• Direct exposure to biosimilars, generics or portfolio strategy is a strong plus.
• Comfortable moving from advisory to ownership and leading deals.
• Strong financial modelling and business case skills required.
• Pharmacy or STEM degree is an advantage; MBA/MPharm/MSc is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape the 2–3 year growth roadmap and prioritise new opportunities.
• Build business cases: financial modelling, ROI analysis, sizing.
• Manage manufacturing partner relationships, including site visits.
• Own sourcing processes (RFPs) and cross‑functional delivery.
