ABEC Inc. is seeking a Vessel Designer to develop and release detailed drawings and BOMs for bioprocess equipment. You will use Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD to produce 3D models and detailed drawings for pressure vessel assemblies used in lab, pilot, and commercial scale manufacturing.
The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of ASME/BPE standards, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed. Collaboration with project engineering and management is essential.

Vessel Designer works under the direction of the Vessel Design Manager. They will utilise independent judgment to perform the day-to-day project duties of designing, developing and releasing deliverables (Including detail & assembly drawings and related bills-of material) used in the fabrication of equipment for services, pilot, and commercial scale biopharmaceutical manufacturing (Primarily pressure vessel assemblies for fluid & gas handling and motorized agitation systems). Primary responsibility involves generating design plans utilising Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD software. This position requires a high level of attention to detail along with the ability to develop a strong understanding of the ASME/ BPE Bioprocessing Equipment design standards.
