Job summary

Ethos Engineering is seeking a BIM Technician to produce coordinated Revit models and drawings for data centre projects. You will support the BIM Project Lead and Engineering teams with MEP modelling, clashes, and model health to ensure deliverables meet project requirements.

The role focuses on day-to-day model production, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client BIM requirements and internal QA standards. Excellent collaboration and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering BIM on MEP or data-centre projects.
• Strong Revit MEP modelling and collaboration.
• Familiarity with BIM standards and QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated, high-quality BIM models and drawings.
• Coordinate clashes and ensure issue resolution.
• Ensure models meet BIM standards and client requirements.
• Oversee drawing production from Revit models and ensure consistency.
• Coordinate with Engineering Teams and external stakeholders.
