Job summary

A leading data centre delivery partner in Ireland is looking for two BIM Technicians with an MEP bias. The ideal candidates should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in MEP BIM roles, and be proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. This full-time role is office-based in Ballymount, Dublin, where you will develop detailed 3D models and manage project milestones. Data centre experience is beneficial but not mandatory. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in MEP BIM role.
• Experience with Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D MEP models.
• Detect and resolve clashes.
• Produce drawings, specifications, and schedules according to the BIM Execution plan.
• Deliver all 2D and 3D co-ordination milestones on relevant projects.
