Job summary

Ethos is seeking a BIM Technician to produce coordinated Revit models and drawings for data centre projects. You will work within the BIM and Engineering team, focusing on MEP modelling, drawing production, and clash coordination to support project requirements.

You will collaborate with Engineering Teams, external consultants, and stakeholders to maintain model quality and ensure adherence to BIM standards and client BEP requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in BIM delivery within MEP or multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience working on large-scale or complex projects (e.g. data centres).
• Experience leading or coordinating BIM teams on projects.

Responsibilities

• Produce coordinated Revit models and drawings for data centre projects.
• Coordinate with Engineering Teams and external consultants.
• Ensure models meet BIM standards, QA processes, and client BEP requirements.
• Run clash detection and resolve issues.
• Maintain model health and performance.
