Job summary

A leading data centre solutions provider in Dublin is seeking two BIM Technicians with an MEP bias. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an MEP BIM role and proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Responsibilities include developing 3D MEP models, producing site models, and ensuring project specifications are met. This is an office-based position in Ballymount, Dublin, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in MEP BIM role.
• Experience with Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D MEP models.
• Develop detailed site models for projects.
• Detect and resolve clashes.
• Production of drawings, specifications, and schedules according to the project BIM Execution plan.
• Delivery of all 2D and 3D co-ordination milestones on relevant project.
