Job summary

Ethos is seeking a BIM Technician to produce coordinated Revit models and drawings for data centre projects. You will work as part of a BIM and Engineering team, focusing on MEP modelling, drawing production, and clash coordination to support the BIM Project Lead and Engineering teams.

You will play a hands-on role in day-to-day model production, ensuring deliverables are accurate, compliant, and aligned with project requirements, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience delivering BIM on MEP or multidisciplinary projects.
Experience on large-scale or complex projects (e.g., data centres).
Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP (essential).
Experience in clash detection tools (Navisworks).
Understanding of BIM coordination workflows.
Experience leading or coordinating BIM teams.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Familiarity with common data environments (ACC/FORMA).

Responsibilities

Deliver BIM deliverables meeting programme milestones.
Coordinate and maintain coordinated Revit models with disciplines.
Ensure models and drawings meet internal QA standards and client BEP requirements.
Oversee drawing production from Revit models and ensure accuracy.
Represent Ethos in BIM coordination meetings and coordinate with external consultants.
Monitor model performance, file size, and usability; maintain clean models.
Drive adherence to BIM standards and project requirements for consistent outputs.
Escalate technical or resource issues to BIM Project Manager when needed.
