Job summary

Ethos Engineering is seeking a dedicated BIM Technician to produce coordinated Revit models and drawings for data centre projects, working within a multidisciplinary team of engineers and consultants. You will focus on MEP modelling, drawing production, and clash coordination, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

You will contribute to model health, drive coordination across disciplines, and support the BIM Project Lead with day-to-day model production in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Experience in BIM delivery within MEP or multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience leading or coordinating BIM teams on projects.
• Experience with large-scale or complex projects (data centres).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM models across disciplines to ensure clash-free delivery.
• Maintain model integrity and ensure compliance with BIM standards.
• Oversee drawing production and ensure outputs are ready for issue.
• Coordinate with external consultants and project stakeholders.
