Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking a BIM Coordinator (MEP) to join a high-profile data centre project in Dublin. You will produce and coordinate BIM models, clash reports and project documentation while liaising with BIM, project, and engineering teams to support BIM delivery on live and tender projects.

The role requires 3+ years’ experience modelling Mechanical or Electrical systems and strong IT skills (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, MS Office).

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience modelling Mechanical or Electrical systems.
• Mechanical or Electrical Trade or Engineering background would be an advantage.
• Excellent IT skills - Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Must have experience using Revit MEP.

Responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate collaborative 2D/3D BIM models, drawings, clash reports, and project documentation.
• Liaise with BIM, project, and engineering teams while managing incoming/shared models and supporting BIM delivery on live and tender projects.
• Assist, guide, and support BIM technicians and engineers across MEP BIM project coordination.
